The Oklahoma Sooners women’s gymnastics team, currently ranked No. 1, demonstrated their dominance with a resounding victory over the No. 13 Arkansas Razorbacks.

Competing at the Lloyd Noble Center on January 31, 2025, the Sooners achieved their second-highest score of the season, 197.825, against Arkansas’s 195.975.

The meet was highlighted by stellar performances from Jordan Bowers and Faith Torrez. They tied for the all-around title with matching scores of 39.725, the highest in the SEC this season.

Jordan Bowers and Faith Torrez were the stars of the night, each claiming multiple event titles.

Torrez took home the vault and bars titles with scores of 9.95, while Bowers excelled on the beam and floor, also scoring 9.95 on both events.

Their exceptional performances underscored the depth and talent of the Oklahoma team.

The Sooners started strong on the vault, achieving their second-highest vault score of the season with a 49.400.

Faith Torrez’s stuck Yurchenko 1.5 in the No. 2 spot was a standout moment, earning her a 9.95 and tying her career high.
